Our systems process and store data on infrastructure located in the European Union and the United States, as listed on our Sub-Processors page. Faroflow AI Ltd. is established in Israel, and our personnel access data remotely from Israel to operate and support the Services; data is not copied to or stored in Israel. Transfers from the EEA and the UK to Israel are made on the basis of the applicable adequacy decisions. Transfers to sub-processors in other countries are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure.
We keep customer information only as long as necessary for the subscription term, billing, or legal obligations.
