These Service-Specific Terms ("SST") apply to certain features of Faroflow AI. They supplement the Faroflow AI Customer Terms of Use.

1. Generative AI

Some features of the Service use generative AI models.

Important AI Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Outputs may not be unique, accurate, or free of offensive or unauthorized content.
  • Outputs must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
  • Generative AI may produce incomplete, misleading, or fabricated content ("hallucinations").
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use outputs.
  • Faroflow AI Ltd. is not liable for any reliance you or your end users place on outputs.

2. Updates

We may update or modify these SST from time to time. Updates will not materially reduce your rights or our obligations during the then-current Order Form term, except where required by law or regulation, or for security, abuse prevention, or third-party platform requirements. Other material changes take effect from the start of your next renewal term. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Where you have executed a Master Services Agreement with Faroflow AI Ltd., that agreement governs how these SST may be updated. This update mechanism does not apply to the Data Processing Addendum.
