By using Faroflow AI ("Service"), you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy. This AUP applies in addition to our Customer Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept this AUP for that company.
1. Prohibited Actions
You must not use the Service to:
Tamper with the Service:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.
- Circumvent usage limits, security features, or restrictions.
- Remove notices, branding, or legal markings.
Misuse the Service:
- Resell, rent, or sublicense without written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks.
- Access the Service in violation of trade sanctions or export restrictions.
Abuse AI features:
- Input prompts or instructions designed to bypass safeguards, induce harmful or misleading content, or otherwise manipulate outputs.
- Engage in adversarial prompting, jailbreak attempts, or testing of vulnerabilities.
- Use outputs as if authored by a human without disclosure.
- Rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- Use outputs to make automated decisions about individuals without consent.
Illegal or harmful activity:
- Violate any law or third-party rights (e.g. IP, privacy, contract).
- Transmit harmful, offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Send spam, flood, or overload infrastructure.
High-risk use:
- Deploy the Service where failure could cause death, injury, or severe damage (e.g. healthcare, aviation, nuclear).
2. Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for how your Authorized Users and End Users use the Service.
- You must ensure End Users understand that AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- You must promptly notify us of any vulnerabilities, misuse, or harmful content discovered.
3. Enforcement
Violations May Result In:
- Suspension or termination of access to the Service.
- Reporting of illegal activities to relevant authorities.
- Pursuit of other remedies available under law.
